For millennia, filtration has been used to remove impurities from water, such as soil, sand, rust, and suspended solids. This is achieved by passing contaminated water through the filter material. Depending on the impurities and various filter materials, several physical and chemical processes take place in the filtration system, with which we achieve the desired results.
Over time, new technologies and processes have enabled professionals to optimize and improve filtration systems, enabling water treatment in a variety of applications from industrial to domestic use. In the company Valter skupina d.o.o. we have a lot of experience with various filtration systems from mechanical, sand, Dechlorinators and multimedia filters.
Dosing devices are most often used for chlorination systems with a water flow of up to 10 l / s, and if necessary, devices for larger systems can also be assembled. In addition to chlorination in the water supply, dosing systems are also used in the industry for dosing various chemicals of small, medium and large capacities. The basic dosing device consists of a PE dosing container and an electromagnetic dosing pump. The user can choose between various functional accessories and solutions when assembling an individual and user-adapted dosing device or station.

We are proud of our own dosing system station, which we assemble in the factory and can be transported on the location. Our device dosing system station DNH, consist from dosing pump, PVC frame, electric circuit components, and also VCA210 chlorine measurement probe.
Chlorine gas is the main chemical disinfecting drinking water. The most cost-effective disinfectant is supplied in gaseous or liquid form – cylinders, containers. Gas chlorination devices operate on the principle of vacuum exploitation, which is one of the safest uses of chlorine, carbon dioxide, SO2 and NH3.
We supply, install and service gas equipment of our own production and equipment from the manufacturer Siemens. The assembly includes the main parts such as, vacuum regulator, injector, rotameter, vacuum switch, manifold and quick shut-off valve, which is operated manually or automatically.
A UV water purifier treats micro-biologically unsafe water with germicidal ultraviolet light. The UV wavelength scrambles the DNA of living organisms in the water, so they can no longer reproduce and make you sick. If you drink bacteria-infested water, the organisms can embed in your digestive tract and replicate. Ultraviolet radiation renders bacteria, viruses, parasites and fungi unable to replicate by damaging the nucleic acids of their DNA.
A UV water purifier exposes living organisms, such as bacteria, viruses, to a germicidal ultraviolet wavelength. With enough energy, UV radiation at the 254-nm wavelength disrupts the DNA in pathogenic microorganisms so they cannot reproduce. The ultraviolet light prevents bacteria from spreading disease through drinking water.
UV dosage is the measurement of energy (in mJ/cm²) delivered by a UV water purifier. The more dosage provided, the more energy delivered to treat contaminated water. At a certain threshold, this energy becomes sufficient enough to inactivate most of the microorganisms present in water.
UF water miracle device
Huge problem around the world is caused by water scarcity and water pollution. In remote areas an insufficient supply of clean and safe potable water is a daily challenge for more than one billion people around the world. Water in that areas is often a source of fresh water from, lakes or nearby wells, but in more than often contaminated by bacteria and viruses, which present a great challenge and danger for humane health.
As a solution to this problem, Valter skupina has develop a water treatment system, based on ultrafiltration technology. The device is called VALTER’s Water miracle and can processes any quality of fresh surface water to produce high quality drinking water, for the size of small town or village.
The capacity of these small-scale, mobile purification units, based on ultrafiltration (UF) membrane technology, range from 2,000 to 3,000 liters per hour. Each Water Miracle unit runs on direct electricity or a gas-powered generator. The system is fully automatic with a one-button operation.

RO - Reverse osmosis
Reverse osmosis (RO) is a water purification process that uses a partially permeable membrane to separate ions, unwanted molecules, and larger particles from polluted water or seawater. In reverse osmosis, the pressure used is to overcome the osmotic pressure. Reverse osmosis can remove many types of dissolved and suspended chemical species from water, as well as biological (especially bacteria), and is used in industrial processes and in the production of drinking water. The result is that the inlet water into the reverse osmosis system is retained on the membrane side under pressure and pure water then seeps through the membranes to pass to the other side. In order to be “selective”, this membrane should not allow large molecules or ions to pass through the “hole” pores, but rather allow smaller components of the solution (such as solvent molecules, ie water, H2O) to pass freely.
In Valter Skupina, we have many experience with projects in need for reverse osmosis systems. We provide the whole assembly in the factory and then transport it to the location. We provide the plug and play system for all RO size systems.
CIP - Clean in place
Clean-in-place (CIP) is a method of automated cleaning the interior surfaces of pipes, vessels, equipment’s, filters and associated fittings without major disassembly. CIP is commonly used for equipment such as piping, tanks, and fillers. CIP employs turbulent flow through piping, or spray balls for large surfaces. In some cases, CIP can also be accomplished with fill, soak and agitate. Here in Valter skupina we engineer and assemble, clean in place systems for Reverse Osmosis RO and other membrane base water treatment equipment. The benefit of industries that use CIP is that the cleaning is faster, less labor-intensive and more repeatable, and poses less of a chemical exposure risk and therefore greatly extend the operating life of water treatment equipment and also improves the maintenance cost.
CIP system includes a sediment filter to trap the debris from re-entering the membranes during recirculation, a cleaning solution tank, pump, valves, sensors. The CIP procedure is performed manually by the assigned equipment operator.
The VS-CIP1000 system is assembled for plug and use type. The device is skid mounted and all the equipment including the cleaning tank are factory mounted, pre-wired and pre-piped at the factory. When transported to the location we connect together the VS-CIP1000 and the device we want to clean, with pipes.
Valter Water Treatment Container
Water treatment systems for making fresh drinking water with WHO standards from sea, river, lake, surface or well water, with capacity of 30, 50, 100, 200 and 400 m3/day. A smaller unit are available on request. Containers comes complete with equipment composed of pre-fabricated modules in pre-mounted and ready-to-operate condition. Standard 20 or 40 foot ISO container can be transported by road, rail or by sea. Ready to deploy wherever temporary or emergency potable water is required.
PLUG & PLAY
The design includes the substantial advantage that only very little installation and mounting work is left to be done at site. After container is on site, the different pre-fabricated components have to be interconnected by means of tubes and/or flexible pipes only. The equipment is solidly built and thoroughly protected against corrosion. Thus, it is suitable even for the toughest operating conditions. All processes are driven and controled by main PLC controller and can be monitored also over internet, form a distance location.

Based of water source, different water treatment process can be done. If needed, our technology allow as to design containers equipped with RO, disinfection, flocculation, sedimentation, filtration and sterilization. Which mean that we could treat all kinds of water and put it in to drinking water.
